Let’s discuss here today, the recipe of the most basic burger, which is Aloo Tikki burger.
Ingredients:
Burger bun: 1
Boiled potatoes: 2
Carrot (finely chopped): 1 cup
Onion (finely chopped): 1 cup
Peas: 1 cup
Green chili (finely chopped): 2
Cheese
Salt: according to taste
Oil: sufficient enough for frying
Chat Masala
Sliced tomato: 1
Sliced onion: 1
Cabbage: 2 leaves
Bread crumbs
Mayonnaise
Method:
• For preparing tikki, mash boiled potatoes. Add finely chopped onions, green chili, peas, carrot, salt, chat masala, and bread crumbs to it, and mix thoroughly.
• Now shape the mixture in the form of tikki. Make sure that the size of tikki is as big as that of the burger bun.
• Now take a pan and heat some oil in it. Wrap tikki with bread crumbs and fry them in the oil.
• Now take burger bun and cut it horizontally from in between.
• Now take the base of the bun and spread mayonnaise on it. Now put cabbage leaves on it. Put aloo tikki and after than a slice of cheese. Now top it with tomato and onion slices.
• Now put another half of the bun of the layers.
Your burger is ready to it now. Enjoy it with tomato ketchup.
