Ingredients:
• Chicken: 1kg
• Cardamom: 5-6
• Black Pepper: 2 tablespoon
• Melon seeds: 1 tablespoon
• Cashew nuts: 1 cup
• Poppy seeds: 1 cup
• Cream: 1 cup
• Salt: according to taste
• Ginger-garlic paste: 1 spoon
Method:
• Grind melon seeds, cashew nuts, poppy seeds, cardamom, and black pepper in a mixer.
• Make cuts on chicken pieces at several places, so that it is marinated well.
• Rub the ginger-garlic paste on the chicken pieces with your hands, and keep the pieces separate.
• Take salt, cream, turmeric, and the ground mixture prepared in step 1 in a utensil.
• Marinate the chicken pieces with the mixture prepared for 5-6 hours. You can also marinate it overnight to enhance its taste.
• After marinating, keep the chicken in the oven to cook for 25 minutes.
• Serve with bread, green sauce, onion pieces, and coriander leaves garnish.
