Chicken curry is the most loved and commonly made curry that mix well with the serving of rice. Many people love to have delicious chicken curry during their dinner.


So, here today I have got the best and easy recipe for a delicious chicken curry.

Here are the ingredients needed for chicken curry:


1. 2 lb. Chicken thigh

2. 1 chopped red onion
3. 1 cup tomato sauce
4. 1-2 cup chopped cilantro
5. 1/2 tsp. cumin seeds
6. 2-3 red dried chilli
7. 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
8. 1/2 tsp. paprika powder
9. 2 tsp. chicken curry powder
10. 1tsp. red chilli powder
11. 1tsp. salt
12. 1 tsp. garlic ginger paste
13. 3 tbsp. oil

Now, the recipe to make the chicken curry:

1. Heat the frying pot along with the oil
2. Initially, fry cumin seeds and dried red chilly
3. Fry the chicken pieces for about a minute
4. Add turmeric, paprika powder and fry until the water evaporates
5. Cook for about 8–10 minutes in low heat
6. Add chicken curry powder, red chilli powder, salt and ginger garlic paste
7. Mix well to get spices into the meat
8. Add chopped onions and fry for five more minutes
9. Add tomato sauce
10. Pour half cup of water and cook well
11. Then add cilantro and it is ready to serve.

Ingredients:

• Chicken: 250 grams
• Turmeric: 2 teaspoons
• Red Chili: 2 tablespoons
• Coriander Powder: 2 tablespoons
• Onion (Grated): 4
• Tomato puree: of 2 tomatoes
• Ginger and Garlic paste: 2 tablespoons
• Bay leaf: 2
• Black pepper: ½ teaspoon
• Cardamom: 2
• Black Cardamom: 2
• Clove: 4-5
• Cumin: ½ teaspoon
• Chicken Masala: 2 tablespoons
• Salt: According to taste
• Oil: As per requirement

Method:

• Wash the chicken pieces thoroughly and keep them aside.

• Put the pressure cooker on the gas stove and heat oil in it.

• Add grated onion and fry properly.

• Now add tomato puree and stir.

• Add cumin, bay leaf, black pepper, cardamom, black cardamom, clove, and fry till aroma starts arising.

• Now add ginger and garlic paste. Cook well.

• Then add the chicken pieces, and mix them well with the mixture.

• Add salt, red chili, coriander powder, turmeric, and chicken masala. Stir well.

• Now add 1 ½ glass of water and close the pressure cooker with its lid.

• Turn the gas off after 2 whistles.

Serve hot after garnishing with fresh coriander leaves.
