Everyone loves noodles, and egg noodles is one variety, which is just irresistible. There are very easy to prepare too.
• Noodles: 1 packet
• Eggs: 2
• Onion (finely chopped): 1
• Green chili (finely chopped): 3
• Carrot (chopped): 1
• Soya Sauce: 2 tablespoons
• Chili sauce: 2 tablespoons
• Edible Oil: 4 tablespoons
• Maggi Masala: 1 packet
• Red chili powder: ½ tablespoon
• Salt: according to taste
• Boil noodles for 5 minutes.
• Heat oil in a pan, and fry all the chopped vegetables in it.
• Add soya sauce, chili sauce, and red chili powder to it, and stir well.
• Now add noodles and Maggi masala, and mix well.
• Heat one tablespoon oil in a separate pan and fry the eggs in it.
• Add noodles to the egg and mix well.
• Egg noodles are ready to serve.
