How to make Fish Curry?

Preparing fish curry is very easy. Those who are non-vegetarian, like to have fish curry a lot, and hence are always craving home-made fish curry, with the perfect taste. Here’s how you can make it.

Ingredients:
• Fish: 300 grams
• Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
• Salt: According to taste
• Turmeric: ½ tablespoon
• Oil: 4 tablespoon
• Red chili powder: ½ tablespoon (or according to your taste)
• Coriander leaves (Finely chopped)
Ingredients for mustard paste:
• Yellow mustard: 4 tablespoon
• Red chili: 2 (with seeds removed)
• Onion (finely chopped)
• Salt: According to taste
Method:
• Marinate the fish pieces with lemon juice and salt, and keep them undisturbed for 10 minutes. Now wash the pieces and dry them with a cloth.
• Now prepare the mustard paste by grinding all the above-mentioned ingredients in a mixer.
• Take a deep frying pan and heat a spoonful of oil in it. Fry the fish pieces in the oil until golden and keep them separately.
• Take another deep frying pan, add oil in it, and fry the mustard paste in the hot oil.
• When fried properly, add ½ cup of water to it and let it boil.
• As soon as it starts boiling, add fish pieces and red chili powder to it and cook for some time.
Serve after garnishing with coriander leaves.
Eat with bread, tortillas, or rice.
