Stir Fry is a Chinese dish which can be prepared easily at home. It’s not just easy to make, but tasty to eat as well. Stir Fry is made as the mixture of some vegetables. Let’s see how is it prepared:


Broccoli or cauliflower, beans, and tomatoes (Chopped)
White sesame seeds (1 tablespoon)
3-4 green chilly, vertically chopped
Black Pepper powder (1 tablespoon)
Lemon juice (1 tablespoon)
Butter (1spoon)
Tomato ketchup (1 spoon)


• Boil water and add salt in it. Wash all the vegetables, add them to the boiling water, and rinse the water after the vegetables are boiled.

• Take a non-stick pan and roast sesame seeds in it. Keep the seeds aside in a bowl and pour butter in the pan. Heat the butter and fry garlic in it.

• Add green chilies and boiled vegetables, and mix thoroughly. Let it cook for 2 minutes and then add tomato ketchup, lemon juice, and black pepper powder.

• Cook for 4-5 minutes and turn off the gas.

Garnish your stir fry with the sesame seeds and serve hot.
