Sandwich is everyone’s go-to snack, and the reason is it is very easy to prepare.
Following is its recipe.
Ingredients:
- Bread: 2 piece
- Gram Flour: 100 grams
- Cumin: ½ tablespoon
- Red chili powder: ½ tablespoon
- Turmeric powder: ½ tablespoon
- Salt: According to taste
- Water: ½ cup
- Tomato (chopped): ½ cup
- Onion (chopped): ½ cup
- Green chili (chopped): 1
- Coriander leaves (chopped): ½ cup
- Edible Oil: 2 tablespoon
Method:
- Mix gram flour with cumin, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt in a container. Add water and make a thick batter.
- Add chopped tomato, onion, green chili, and coriander to the batter and mix.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
- Dip the bread slice in the batter and fry in the oil.
- Fry from both the sides.
- Enjoy it with tomato ketchup.
