5 Easy Meals You can Make in Your Pressure Cooker

1. Pulao:

Simply toss the ingredients in a cooker add the spices and just close the cooker with lid. With less time and efforts, enjoy your dish with complementary soups and stews or curries.


2. Chocolate cake:



Don’t have an oven? Pressure Cooker is can do it. Now bake a delicious and fluffy chocolate cake. Simply make the batter and put in the baking tin, place in the pressure cooker and close the lid. Cook for 30 minutes and your chocolate cake is ready in time.


3. Caramel Custard in cooker:


If you think making perfect caramel custard, you can do it. Yes. Custard in a cooker! Just place the content in the tin or mould and place it on the top of a stainless steel ring or cup inside the pressure cooker. Add some water in the pressure cooker level below the custard mould. Close the lid and let it steam for 20-30 minutes.


4. Chicken soup:


Chicken most favourite part of food that we consume at least twice a week. For this recipe you require:


• 2 tablespoons of olive oil,

• 1 chicken breast,

• 1 cups chicken stock,

• ½ onion diced,

• 3-4 cloves of garlic,

• ½ cup green lentils, me herbs, salt and pepper to taste and seasoning

• Add a cup of dark leafy greens veggies to make the soup nutritious


How to make: Heat some oil in the pressure cooker and saute the onions and garlic till golden brown. Add the spices, lentils, chicken and all the other ingredients and cover it with stock. Ensure to use adequate stock. Close the lid and cook on high heat for about 10 minutes and then on low heat for another 10 minutes. Once done, remove the shred the chicken meat from the bone and add it to the soup. Stir it a bit and serve hot.
