What are the benefits of having coffee? How many times should we have coffee in a day?

In case you don’t know, tea is more in trend these days. Still, you will find coffee lovers every now and then, as, after tea, it is the beverage which is liked the most. Many of us, however, don’t know that we should have coffee at least once a day. If you have coffee instead of tea in the morning, it will be more beneficial for your health.

A cup of coffee in the morning helps in keeping you away from Prostate Cancer. So it is recommended to drink coffee 1-2 times a day.
