Dhokla :Dhokla is a well-known Gujarati dish.
Ingredients: To prepare it, you need 1 cup curd, some green chillies, 350 grams of gram flour, 1 spoon of ginger, 1 spoonful eno, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and 1 spoon turmeric powder.
Method: Mix all these ingredients together and prepare the solution. Now steam it. To temper it, add curry leaves, mustard seeds, chopped green coriander and green chillies in oil, fry them and put them on the Dhokla.
Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients: 2 egg white, 1 teaspoon olive oil, soya sauce, 1 small onion chopped, 1 green chilli, green coriander, 3 garlic pieces, black pepper and salt.
Method: Heat olive oil in a frying pan and mix chopped onions and garlic. Now mix other ingredients in it and fry it well. When it is ready, eat it with brown bread.
Aloo Paratha without oil
Ingredients: 2 cups wheat flour, 1 cup of water, 1 cup boiled potato, red chilli powder, salt and chaat masala.
Method: Knead a soft dough of wheat flour. Make small dough ball and roll it on the rolling surface with the help of rolling pin into a medium sized circle. Now fill the mixture made from potatoes and other spices. Again roll it with the rolling pin into a bigger circle. Roast on the pan without applying oil.
