Motivational Guru Shiv Kheda is a known name, not just in the literary and intellectual communities, but all over. Not only his books, and speeches, but his whole lifestyle is worth taking inspiration from. His book, You Can Win, has so many inspirational and motivational stories, that everyone can find something for themselves in it.

You Can Win is the only book by him which is available in 16 languages. This book became so famous at the time it was published, that it crossed 30 lakh. Flipping through the pages of this book seems like flipping through the different pages of human existence. His strings of words are like the rays of hope, which make the reader realize of being alive.

Yes, Shiv Kheda’s words and thoughts are powerful enough to induce the willingness to live in anyone’s heart.

Enlisted below are my favorite quotes of Shiv Kheda:

• “Direction is more important than speed. Many people are going nowhere fast.”

• “Winners see the gain; losers see the pain.”

• “Success is not an accident. It is the result of your attitude and your attitude is a choice. Hence success is a matter of choice and not chance.”

• “Maintain an idea book, ideas evaporate faster than we think.”

• “It is easier to make money but much tougher to make a difference.”

• “A person with a positive attitude is like fruit for all seasons.”

• “If we are not part of the solution, then we are the problem.”

• “True character is doing the right thing even when no one is watching.”

• “Motivation is like fire – unless you keep adding fuel to it, it dies. Your fuel is your belief in your inner values.”

• “My first objective is to invest, and if I have anything spare, then I spend.”
