You must be aware of the Kartarpur Corridor which is being built to join the Sikh sacred worship place, Kartarpur Gurudwara in Pakistan with Dera Baba Nanak Teerth in Punjab.

You must always be aware of all the efforts Navjot Singh Sidhu has made for this corridor.

Now the letter which the Congress leader has written to the respective Prime Ministers of India and Pakistan can be called another effort in the same direction. The letter has the motive of taking their attention back to the same.

Navjot Singh Sidhu posed the following demands in his letter:

• Since this project is related to faith, and the places in question are sacred, there must not be done any concrete-related construction there.

• Private vehicles must not be allowed inside the corridor, and all the pilgrims should go by walk.

• There should be the facilities of Langar and Washrooms in the Corridor after some distance.

• Only the differently abled and old should have the permission to bring their vehicles inside the corridor.

• There should be special arrangements for the disposal of waste and garbage.

So basically the letter ensures that the sanctity of this sacred place remains intact.
