Would Kasauti zindagi Ki’s sequel be as good as its first season? –

 

 

 

Yes, it is much clear from the trailer that you are going to be introduced again with your same beloved characters Anurag Basu, the Bengali heartthrob, and Prerna. The third main character seems to be the red dupatta of Prerna which is waving throughout the trailer from different angles.

 

Now coming to your question, no, I don’t think that the second season of Kasauti Zindagi Ki would be as successful as its first season. Erika Fernandez and Parth are looking fairly good in their respective lead roles, but I just don’t understand why we are getting fed with the same old story of unrequited love and Anurag and Prerna?

 

Makers should have known that with the advent of web series, Amazon Prime, and Netflix, Indian audience have come long way ahead of such stale story lines and dramatic plots. The magic that these elements used to create seven or eight years ago would surely not be enough for today. A large number of audience, according to me, is going to be deflected and repelled if the story offers nothing modern and innovative in the second season.
