1. Bel Sharbat:

Ingredients :
Medium-sized bel fruits- 3
Chilled water- 3 cups
Jaggery- 12 tablespoons
Cardamom powder- ½ teaspoons
Roasted cumin powder- ½ teaspoons
Black salt- 2 pinches
Directions:
Crack open the shell of the bel fruit using a rolling pin.
Scoop the pulp out and soak it in 1 cup of water for 20 minutes.
Blend it using a hand blender or mixer.
Strain the juice out. As the juice is strained, add ¾ cup of water.
Mix in the jaggery till it melts.
Mix in the cumin powder, cardamom powder and black salt to finish the sharbat.
2. Falsa Sharbat:

Falsa- 1 kg
2 liters of water
Sugar- 1 ¾ cup

Ice
Directions
Wash and grind the falsa berries with 1 liter of water.
Strain the juice out.
Mix in a ½ liter of water and strain again.
Add black salt and sugar.
Dilute with a ½ liter of water and serve with ice.
