I do not like summer at all. The month is hot, scorching, and makes you irritable. I make sure to keep myself cool and hydrated at all times during summers. Therefore, I prepare some amazing healthy summer drinks. I can help you in making some of the healthiest and yummiest drinks that you can make at home and enjoy with your family.

• Ginger-lemon mojito with mint: Nothing can get tastier and simpler than a glass of cool citrusy lemonade. All you have to do is take chilled water in a glass, muddle mint, ginger and any flavoured syrup you like and mix it in the water. You are all done. The citrusy sweet cool drink is ready.

• Sattu sharbat: Sattu is the roasted besan or roasted gram flour powder that is usually available in Bihar. Now a lot of online stores also sell it. All you have to do is add sattu in chilled water. You can add sugar or salt as per your preference. It is an extremely healthy beverage.

• Coconut martini: Coconut is available all through the year. Make yourself a coconut martini with thick coconut cream (available in the grocery), pineapple juice, and vanilla. Mix them together and enjoy your day.
