The result of India vs. Afghanistan test match is very predictable. And we all know what will happen. It’s a great and historic moment for Afghanistan to be playing its very first test match and becoming the only 12th country in the world to play a match in white-flannel. And their team looks incredible. However, that all being said, India vs. Afghanistan, happening in Bengaluru, will end with India winning the match. Not because Afghan players aren’t good. They are good. We have seen the charm of Rashid Khan in this IPL. But Indian team – even without Kohli and Rohit – is a much much better side.

Shikar Dhawan and Murali Vijay have already scored tons in the first inning of the match. Dhawan even became the first Indian cricketer to score 100 runs in the first session, slamming beautiful fours and massive sixes in his real T20 form.
Afghanistan is just starting in this format of the game. They have a long way to go, a lot to learn. This isn’t ODI or T20. The test is the truest form of Cricket and there’s a reason behind. This is where real champions are made. So, even when with the loss after India vs. Afghanistan, Afghan team must not lose any hope. They must brace up for a long and tough journey ahead.
