A syringe and needle can't use twice once they use it can be harmful to human body.Both needle and syringe must be thrown in dustbin once they have been used. It is not safe to change the needle and reuse the syringe this can occur disease like hepatitis B, hepatitis C, and possibly HIV. A patient should complain if they see any practices going which could be harmful for human body.
