Problems of Google with its latest smartphones are not coming to an end as some Pixel and Pixel 2 XL users have reported that their handsets are heating up while some users are facing draining of their handsets battery quickly.
Google was trying to overcome with the last year’s problem in their smartphones when in the November, Pixel 2 and 2 XL users reported their devices were randomly rebooting themselves without any warning and after installing Google's February Android security patch many users are facing that their smartphones getting heat and battery is draining unusually. One of the users on Reddit posted that his phone gets fairly warm while using internet and many times when it is on charging.
Other users agreed to have been through the same problems with their handsets. Another user added, "My battery dropped to 40 percent from 60 percent with less than an hour of screen on time with no app running."
However, Google has not issued any statement on this matter and it is not evidently clear what is causing the heating in their phones. Users are hoping that the company will fix this issue in the next updates.
