Well definitely,Modi Government in India has not been able to fulfill the promises they made during the Lok Sabha Election Campaign 2014. In fact they somewhere were only focused on a "Congress free India" Campaign which is wrong because aside the political feud, the country has far more important issues to deal with.

In the recent past a few incidents were brought to light which led to the start of #ChowkidarChorHai campaign. The reasons for this campaign were the burning Rafale deal between Indian and France. However some other incidents like increase in income inequality, unemployment etc. also led to agitation. Despite increased taxes the infrastructure was not much worked at. Also the mission to make India a corruption free country is far from being achieved. if anything corruption level has only increased.

Along with these cases, the frauds of renowned business tycoons in India, like Vijay Malya, during the "Modi Reign" also became a problem when these people started indicating that BJP (Bhartiya janta Party) had known about their moves and might have helped them as well, raising the suspicions of agitated residents.

Not only have these incidents weakened the hold of BJP in the country but also led to a feeling of distrust in the Prime Minister who was once a unanimous choice of the population. The inability of the Prime Minister and his party in answering the questions and facing the allegations has led to somewhat confirmation that they have a major role to play in these cases and the role is not positive.
