Prime Minister Narendra Modi is a man of social media. The PM has massive fan following on social media platforms. He has 43 million followers on Facebook and 41 million on Twitter.
Recently, a Twitter audit tool is used by public relations and communications firm Burson-Marsteller to check the fake followers of world leaders like Donald Trump, Modi and Pope Francis. The study conducted by them found that PM Modi has more than 60 percent fake followers which is basically stated that 2,41,80,000 of Modi's 4,03,00,000 Twitter followers are fake.
They also reported that 37 percent of US President Donald Trump’s almost 48 million Twitter followers are fake. The study also suggested that 59 percent of the Pope’s 18 million Twitter followers are fake.
However, Twitter has given the red flag to such reports and denied the report claiming that 60% followers of PM Narendra Modi are fake and said that the Twitter Audit tool is not the company's product.
According to reports, the methodology that is used has a lot of flaws and their incorrect information should not be taken seriously. PM Modi is currently the second-most followed world leader on Twitter.

All you have to do is just visit it's official site and enter the username of the account you want to track and click on the option "Audit",
The result will display with in a minute with the percentage of fake and real followers giving the most accurate results.
The audit for profiles with 5000 followers is free for everyone and for the profiles with more than 5000 followers will require you to have a pro version.
