Start drinking green tea which helps you to increase your metabolism.

If you want to lose your weight you must do the following:

1. You have to choose a low carb diet. Avoid the intake of sugar instead of use sugarfree.

2. Eat only when you are hungry.

3. Keep doing yoga as it will have a great impact on your body.

4. Drink plenty of water as water helps in reducing weight.

5. Try to use the staircase instead of Escalator or Elevator.
