Fear is one of the powerful thing in this whole universe. Fear can lead to destruction of any relationship, self or can create fights or wars. It is a feeling of apprehension brought on by placing our focus which is unfortunate, we never wanted to happen .

Yes, undoubtedly there are chances when your fear occurs in front of you and you are still standing to overcome the same.

I've an amazing example to quote here, there's this girl who was once playing kayaking on a beautiful lagoon. Her biggest fear was,if she could get desired education living in the backward area where education is not given that much importance especially to girls. Yes, her fear came true but she believed in stillness and calmness.

Though undoubtedly she was hit by pain and grief but she made sure never to give up.

So, if Your biggest fear comes and stands in front of you like a strong pillar, then don't panic . There are various ways through which you can console and overcome from them.

Stay calm and still, let life take your test, ultimately the thought and dilemma will come and go. Don't take it way to seriously. Secondly, major fears occur due to negative thoughts, so never ever try to oppose your thoughts. Let them come hit your mind and let them go, Because thoughts are the part of you and your soul, most importantly when thoughts get opposed or restrict them that can definitely lead to severe depression.

Stay calm stay brave!

I really can’t tell what exactly my greatest fear is, but I really have seen many of my fears coming true.

And according to my experience, when your fears come true, you realize that you are no longer afraid of that thing. I was always afraid of parting from my parents and family. I had never imagined my life without them, and then I lost my father to cancer. I was devastated at that time, as if my own life has come to an end.

But sorrow teaches you a lot, and what I was taught by this tragedy was that how strong my mom is. She was sad and distressed but she never let her fears and emotions come in the way of her responsibilities.

My mom taught me how to be strong and overcome fears even when our near and dear ones are not with us.
