How can I convert Emails in PDF format?

Open the email, and on the File tab, click on Print. In print menu, select Microsoft Print to PDF, then click on Print. In the Save Print Output As box, select a folder name for your PDF and then click on Save.

When you open an email, on the top right of the email, you have 3 vertical dots. Once you click on that, you will have many options and a print option as well. Please click on 'Print'

A printer dialogue box will be opened.

Then, Select 'Destination' as 'Save as PDF' and then click 'Save'.


Yay.!

Your PDF file can be saved now.
