Are you social anxiety? I think it's better to know what you want when communicating and it also depends on which conversation you are involved to. I don't know much details but for general communication, try some apknite apps like I Can Communicate! AAC or Communication Skill – How to Communicate, these are great ways to improve. You can join small group first (2-3 ppl) to increase your communication then try with bigger group (5-7). If that ok keep increasing or just keep it as long as you feel comfortable. Hope this work well for you.

Be it any work, place or area, communication is required everywhere. Communication is said to be good when the other person is able to understand exactly what you wanted to convey. Though it looks very easy it is indeed very difficult to actually master this art of becoming a good communicator.  Practice is all you need to master this art.

And, communication is something which you all do throughout the day. It can be in two forms:
1)    Verbal Communication – This is the communication which takes plays when you are sharing your thoughts using the words with the other person. It also includes written material.
2)    Non-Verbal Communication – This means the communication which does not involve the share of words neither written nor oral. It rather takes into account your actions, behavior, etc.
In order to become a good communicator you really need to start interacting with other people. Observe them and learn from them, how they speak, how they express themselves. Every person is unique in their own self, study them. I am not saying that you will be an expert from the very start. You will be definitely making mistakes and it is also important to commit those mistakes. They are your real learning lessons which add up into your life experience.
Do read books, newspapers, journals, etc. and try to inculcate all that you read from there and then share and discuss with your friends and family. Slowly and gradually you will be able to see the change in yourself.
All the best!
