Its all about the perspective of the person who wants a healthy lifestyle. Healthy lifestyle according to me is eating home cooked food from Monday to Friday(Saturday Sunday cheat day where you can eat junk food as well). Getting up early at 7 a.m. and going for a jog till 7:30 p.m. Drinking water half n hour before eating any food and half n hour after finishing your lunch/dinner. Sleeping for at least 7 hours a day(I need at least 8 to complete my sleep) so that your body gets enough rest. After having dinner go for a walk for around 15 min. Minimize your sugar intake and eat more protein to support your health.
