How can we improve our cognitive processes ?

Cognitive is derived from the word cognition – the mental process of attaining knowledge and when people understand through experience and senses.

An individual can train its cognitive processes at an point of time ranging from an 13 year old teenager to 63 person. Here are some points one can refer for development of cognitive process.

1) Take care of your health
Our physical and mental health go hand in hand when taking about the cognitive process. Ex. Having bad social relationships, not having proper diet, underestimating ourselves, having anxiety, or depression can hamper our cognition.
2) Benefit from Technology
Today, rapid growing tech. can help to development cognitive skills through fun and simple activities. This helps to augment the stimulus and cognitive process. These activities help to enhance the mental, visual planning and comparing skills set.
3) Read
Reading implies a lot in developing the concerned process. Reading produces great satisfaction and knowledge. It immensely contributes to develop visualization.
4) Avoid multitasking
Its quite in the people’s nature to multitask, thinking that they will save time and be more prolific. But often when things initiated in rush manner can have an reverse effect. It is preferable to center your attention in the present in order to enjoy each activity to the fullest and hence be more efficient.
Cognitive skills varies from person to person depending on their metal ability. Even the decisions taken by a person is also the reflection of his knowledge and mental caliber. As said above anyone can develop his kills et at any point of time

strengthen your cognitive process by supply it concentration , it will only happens when you are aware of what you are doing at present and when you do something with full concentration and perfection that is a stage of meditation or dyan, in that stage mind is not able to hinder you or disturb you rather support you.

as said in Shri Bhagvad Gita

बुद्धियुक्तो जहातीह उभे सुकृतदुष्कृते |

तस्माद्योगाय युज्यस्व योग: कर्मसु कौशलम्

that translates as One who prudently practices the science of work without attachment can get rid of both good and bad reactions in this life itself. Therefore, strive for Yog, which is the art of working skillfully (in proper consciousness).
