The world is witnessing a very difficult time for the past 1 year due to an attack of the deadly virus, that has already taken the lives of many, and has ruined many families. To top the spread of the disease, the most important thing is to stay fit and adopt a healthy lifestyle. To keep oneself fit, it is important to take proper sleep, eat healthy food, that includes fruits and more of fiber diet, other than this one should also make exercise as a part of daily routine.

Coronavirus pandemic is a very tough time for everyone. Due to lockdown we cannot go outside. We have to sit at home. Whole day we don't have anything to do. We just eat and sleep and this can make us lazy. We may gain over excessive weight. To keep oneself healthy in this pandemic we can do yoga and exercises at home, this will keep us healthy and active.
