To be honest, I do not think the goal should be to completely stop feeling angry. Anger is a natural emotion, and everybody experiences it at some point. What matters is not the anger itself but how we react to it.

I also think it helps to express your feelings in a healthy way. Some people prefer talking to someone they trust, while others like writing down their thoughts or spending some time alone to process what they are feeling.
So, if you ask me how to control anger, my answer would be simple: do not try to fight the emotion itself. Accept that you are angry, give yourself time to calm down, and avoid reacting impulsively. You cannot always stop anger from appearing, but you can stop it from ruining your peace of mind and influencing your actions in a negative way.
