The was no eyewitness and evidence in the Jodhpur court to establish a case against Saif, Tabu, Neelam and Sonali Bendre.A crucial eyewitness,PoonamchandBishnoifailed to recognize Tabu and Sonali Bendra while he was being questioned by their lawyers.
Although, eyewitness said that Saif Ali Khan was seated in the front seat of the vehicle, but there was no evidence that proved his role in poaching or provoked Salman Khan to fire at the blackbucks.
Therefore, the Jodhpur court finally acquitted the all four due to no eyewitness and evidence to establish a case against them. The court accepted their lawyers’ argument that there is no eyewitness and evidence that could establish the fact that these four played any role in the crime.
