Now a days people use to go with many depression, anxiety and this kind of cases it's common in new generation.Because of the tension what they feels it could be anything like study, family, girlfriend,friend etc.Do here are some tips to overcome with this problem are as follows:

Avoiding caffeine, nicotine, alcohol Getting regular sleep and exercise, and practising relaxation techniques such as deep breathing and yoga may also help.

Anxiety is not an easy thing to deal with. It is the sensation of anxiety that someone feels nervously, uncomfortably anxious or fearful about something happening. People who suffer from anxiety disorder may feel an intense sense of worry, fear of failure, or even terror about possible future events. A person who suffers from this condition will often experience bouts of racing heart and shortness of breath as well as sweating and dry mouth. There are many different types of anxiety attacks that people can suffer from, but the most common are panic attacks which typically include these symptoms, heavy breathing, sweating etc.

To manage these attacks, it is necessary that you drink water and take deep breaths and have a positive thought in your mind.
