We've all read that book where our favorite character embarks on a journey to find their true self and saves the world in the process. Most people who relate to these types of books either have some sort of superhero identity themselves or wish they did. What if you haven't found your personal hero yet? Well, it just so happens that reading a book can actually help you do just that.
