Unfortunately, many people put off their annual routine with a doctor's exam. For some, the expense is just not worth the risk. Others just forget about it entirely, only to regret their decision later on when something goes wrong. Taking your time to visit your doctor can be one of the best things you do for your health and overall wellness, but it's difficult to make yourself push yourself into action sometimes.
