How many glass of water should drink for a day?

We have been taught throughout the years that we should have a target of having 8 glasses (otherwise known as 2 liters) of water daily to keep ourselves hydrated. This target is easy to remember, it is reasonable and is achievable. The target of 8 glasses of water is for children who are above 8 years of age. An average sized man should have approximately 15 to 16 glasses (approximately 3.7 liters) of water each day and an average sized woman should woman should have an intake of 11 to 12 glasses (approximately 2.7 liters) of water everyday.
