It is truly said that "Health is Wealth". A good health is very much required for a person's development and also country's development. In fact, health should be the main goal of county's development. A healthy person can achieve theirs goals and become successful. To maintain the health, we all should consider these factors-

  • Eat variety of nutrients rich food.
  • Do not skip meal
  • Do regular yoga and asans.
  • Exercise daily.
  • drink sufficient water.

To get good health, we have to take care of our health completely. Everyone knows that health is wealth. So, to maintain this health, we have to pay attention to the healthy diets. We have to adopt a balanced lifestyle. Physical labor and some exercise will also have to be done. We have to get good sleep of 7/8 hours at night. Apart from this, we also have to take care of our mental health. We have to always be happy. Because if the mind remains unwell, it will affect the body as well.
