- Makeup removal ,Always make sure to remove your makeup before hitting the bed because it is essential for skin to breathe overnight. And when makeup is not removed it clogs the pores which may cause blemishes. It's not necessary to have make up remover at home ,you can go for olive oil as well.

- Beauty sleep for healthy skin.
It is very important to have 8 hours sleep at night, If you don't get enough of it, your skin looks tired and get sags and black circles around the eyes. So, don't risk it. Put your phones and laptops aside and get a healthy nap. Most importantly don't forget to wash and moisturize your face before sleeping.
