● The most important way to reduce double chin is to Exercise.For instance :
: Keeping your spine *****, slowly tilt your head as far back as you can.
: Stare at the ceiling, pucker up your lips into a pout and retain this position for 5 counts and then release.
: Repeat this exercise 5–10 times and continue every day for a few weeks.
● Wheat oli:
This is also the effective way followed by exercise .Take some oil in a bowl and then gently massage in upward direction from neck to chin. It not only reduces the fat but tightens the skin. You can also leave the oil overnight for better results.
● Face masks:
face masks are very much useful in tightening the skin. Egg is one of the major ingredients which is very much helpful for glowing and tight skin type. You can use it as follows:
: Whisk together two egg whites, one tablespoon each of milk, honey and lemon juice.
:Add a few drops of peppermint essential oil.
: Apply this mask to the skin around your chin and neck area.
:Leave it on for 30 minutes.
:Rinse it off with lukewarm water and pat dry your skin.
:Do this once daily for quick results.
