Though exercise is supposed to be essential for losing weight, we can lose weight without it.

As per research, 80% of body transformation occurs with diet changes, and 20% is through exercise, so if we want to skip exercising, we need to take care of 80% that is diet.
Now, to make a diet routine, you need to consult online doctors or consult a dietician.
