First of all its all depends on your lifestyle. like what you eat and what is your routine of eat food, do any excercise or like these activities. so if you want to maintain your fitness then you should eat healthy food on time and do some excersie.

Hello Iam Arjun Roy right know i read your question how to maintain  . Fitness is biggest industry in whole world  when you going office when you back in home you get very taired in home and sleeep in bead  n.I have your right answer  .on morning and evening u get up and  1  running 2 push up 3 jumping 4 taking light wait  only 1 hour workout and evening when you free same process  .
