Tips for healthy lungs & body stamina.


1) Exercise regularly. Combination of cardio and weight training in expert supervision.

2) Walk 10000 steps daily.

3) Do pranayam daily.

4)Eat vitamin C rich foods like amla, orange, mausami, kiwi,guava, broccoli

5) Do not smoke or drink.

6)Include tulsi , trifala

7) include good quality protein in your diet eg soya, tofu, milk & milk products , pulses and lentils. Chicken, poultry, meat and sea food.
