How to make Banana Tikki at home?

Banana is a highly nutritious food and it is cooked and eaten just like any other vegetable in Indian households. Those who don’t like Banana in the form of vegetable curry, often prefer to have the Tikki of raw banana.

Banana Tikki is as easy to make a vegetable curry of Banana.

• Raw bananas: 7
• Green chili: 4
• Salt: According to taste
• Green coriander (finely chopped): 2-3 tablespoons
• Edible oil: 2-3 tablespoons
• Wash the bananas thoroughly and cut all of them in two halves.
• Boil the bananas in the pressure cooker. Drain the leftover water and cool them.
• Mash the bananas and add green chili and coriander in it. Now knead it in a dough.
• Now give the dough the shape of Tikki.
• Keep these tikkis in the refrigerator for 5-7 minutes.
• Heat oil in a pan and fry the banana tikkis in the oil.
• Take them out when they are golden brown and serve them with ketchup.
