This Blueberry Coconut Smoothie is a delicious mouth-watering drink that not only quenches your thirst but also fills your stomach. It is very healthy and usually made with the help of bananas, blueberries, coconut water and a pinch of honey that tastes absolutely lip-smacking.
Ingredients Required: 2 cup blueberry, 4 tablespoon almonds, 2 cup coconut water, 1 banana, 3 tablespoon honey, crushed coconut as per your need.
Chop the banana and almonds. Once you are done with chopping, add bananas, almonds and blueberries into the mixer and grind to form a thick flowing mixture.
Now, add the coconut water to the thick mixture and some honey. Turn on the mixer again to mix the all the ingredients. Make sure that the mixture is smooth and blended. Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with crushed coconut. Serve chilled to enjoy.
