The Karah Prasad we get in Gurudwara is really very delicious, and it is made up of Atta or wheat flour.
Here’s how it is prepared:
Ingredients:
• Wheat flour: 1 kg
• Ghee: 1 kg
• Sugar: 1 kg
• Hot water: As per requirement
Method:
• Heat ghee in a pan.
• Add flour and roast until it is brown.
• When ghee starts oozing out of the flour, add sugar and cook at low flame.
• Now add hot water in the end.
• Serve hot.
