1 cup boiled basmati
Chicken 600 grams
1/2 teaspoon mint leaves
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
salt as needed
1 saffron
2 tablespoons crushed oil
1 teaspoon of leaf tea
3 Green Cardamom
1 black cardamom
2 cloves
1 teaspoon seeds to ten
2 onions
4 green chillies
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon of ginger paste
1 tablespoon of garlic paste
1 teaspoon of red chilli
1 cup hanging curd
1/2 teaspoon ginger
2 tablespoons of coriander leaves
2 down the kewra
water as needed
1 teaspoon of water
1 teaspoon ghee
Step 1/4 Prepare Saffron and Water Kewra
To prepare this mouth-watering biryani recipe, dip saffron in water to prepare saffron water. Next, mix the kewra down in the water and mix well to make a water kewra.
Step 2/4 Remove onions and tomatoes for 2-3 minutes
Meanwhile, heat crushed oil in a deep saucepan. As soon as the oil is hot enough. Add the cinnamon seeds, bay leaf, Cardamom green, cardamom black, cloves in it, and saute for about a minute. After that, add the chopped onions to it and transfer until pink. Now add chicken to it with green chillies, turmeric, salt to taste, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, and 2 green chilli paste. Mix well all spices and cook for 2-3 minutes. After that, add the curd added to it
Step 3/4 Cook on low heat for 5-6 minutes
Turn the flame into medium and add garam masala to it along with julienned ginger, coriander and mint leaves. Add kewra water, rose water and saffron water to it. Cook until chicken is tender.
Step 4/4 Serve Hot With Your Chutney or Raita
Then add 1 cup cooked mixture and spread evenly. Then add the saffron water and pour ghee over it. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes with the lid closed and garnish with 1 tbsp fried onions and coriander leaves. Serve hot.
