This may seem a difficult task, but trust me making Kulfi at home is very easy.
Also, one advantage of making it at home is that you can make it in any flavor that you like.
You will need the following ingredients to make Badaam Kulfi:
• Almonds (chopped): 2 cup
• Condensed Milk: 2 cup
• Milk: ½ cup
• Cream: 8 tablespoons
• Saffron: 1 teaspoon
To decorate the kulfi, you will need:
• Saffron: ½ tablespoon
• Almonds (whole): 1 tablespoon
Badaam Kulfi recipe:
• Beat almond, cream, and condensed milk in a container. Make a thick paste.
• Now boil milk on a low flame and add saffron to it.
• When the milk is boiled, let it cool down.
• Now mix the saffron milk and the paste prepared previously.
• Take the almonds and roast them. Now cut them in small pieces. Mix some of these pieces in the mixture and keep the rest aside for decoration.
• Pour this mixture in the case of kulfi and keep in the freezer for at least 5 hours.
• Take the kulfi out after 5 hours and garnish it with saffron and almonds.
