Mixed Fruit Jam is every kid’s favorite.
Here’s how you can make Mixed Fruit Jam.

Ingredients:
• Sugar: I kg
• Apple: 6
• Papaya: 1
• Banana: 4
• Pineapple: 1
• Grapes: 1 kg
• Lemon juice: 2 teaspoons
• Citric acid: 6 teaspoons
• Salt: According to taste
Method:
• Peel pineapple and papaya and dice them into small pieces.
• Take water in a container and dip all the fruits in it for 10 minutes.
• After 10 minutes, put all the fruits in a mixer and grind them.
• Heat a pan on the gas stove and pour the fruit mixture, sugar, and salt in it. Cook it on a low flame.
• Add citric acid and lemon juice in the mixture and let it get thick.
• After it has been cooked, pour the jam into an airtight container and let it cool down without covering it with the lid.
• When it is cooled down store it in a glass container.
