Mojito is one of the most ordered cocktails in the world. A single sip of it makes you feel like you are on a beach. A classic and traditional mojito is usually made with white rum, sugar, lime, mint, ice and soda water. It is served in highball glass.
Ingredients Required: 6-8 mint leaves, 25ml fresh lime juice, 25ml sugar syrup and 50ml white rum.
Directions:
1. In highball glass, mix lime juice with sugar syrup.
2. Add the few mint leaves, squeeze them against the side of the glass.
3. Now, fill the 2/3 part of the glass with crushed ice and pour the white rum.
4. Add the slice of lime on the top of the glass to give it a perfect touch.
