Sweet lovers get ready to be disappointed, and street food lovers get ready for a treat! Okay, even sweet lovers can enjoy Ram Laddus, so what if they are not sweet. They are Delhi’s one of the most loved street food items.

Until now, you must have had Ram Laddu only on the streets from your nearby hawker, but I have an easy recipe for turning this street food item into a home-made delicacy.
Ingredients needed:
• Split yellow lentil: 2 cups
• Red chili powder: 1 teaspoon
• Green chili (chopped): 1-2
• Green coriander leaves (chopped): 1 teaspoon
• Salt: According to taste
• Edible oil: For deep frying
How to prepare:
• Soak the lentil for 4-5 hours in water.
• Now grind the lentil in a mixer.
• Mix salt, red chili powder, green chili, coriander, in the ground lentil.
• Heat oil in a pan.
• Make small balls of the lentil mixture and deep fry them in the hot oil.
• Fry till they turn light brown.
• Take them out and serve with chopped radish and green chutney.
