How to make Veg Kabab Paratha Roll?

Veg Kabab Paratha Roll is the easy food which you can grab and have at any time of the day. Let’s see how it is made.

• Soya bean: 2 cups
• Bread slices: 4 slice
• Vinegar: 2 tablespoons
• Garlic paste: 2 tablespoons
• Black pepper powder: ½ tablespoon
• Onions (finely chopped): 2
• Red chili powder: As per your taste
• Salt: According to taste
• Green chili sauce
• Tomato ketchup

Ingredients for Paratha:

• Wheat flour: 2 cups
• Salt: According to taste
• Edible oil: As per requirement


• Soak soya beans in water for half an hour and drain all the water out by squeezing.

• Crush the bread slices to make powder.

• Mix the soya beans with bread powder and add vinegar, garlic paste, black pepper powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.

• Make flat balls from this mixtures and keep them in the refrigerator for an hour.

• Till then, knead the dough of wheat flour, and apply oil on it so that it remains soft.

• Take the kabab balls out of the refrigerator after one hour.

• Heat oil in a deep frying pan and deep fry the kababs till they are golden brown.

• Make parathas as you normally do.

• In the middle of the paratha, spread the kababs, chopped onion, green chili sauce, and tomato ketchup vertically and roll the paratha.
