How to raise night shift allowance in ultimatix?

In TCS, night shift allowance is claimed by those who are a full-time employee in the company and had to work 24x7 for important projects to fulfill client’s requirements. Also, the employees are paid for doing night shifts. Not everyone can claim for night shifts.

Only those, who worked for more than 4-5 hours on working days are eligible to claim for night shift allowance. PL looks after all the employees who claim for night shift allowance. TCS Ultamatix is a multinational company with headquarters in Mumbai and Maharashtra. In your TCS Ultamatix account, if you log in you can get access to your account. You can manage the timesheet here. Firstly, you have to search ultimatix.net in your browser then by giving your username and password you can log in to the TCS ultamatix account. You can claim for night shift allowance from this portal and also raise the night shift. You can log in from both Android or iOS and PC.

Here are the steps by which you can raise your night shift allowance:

• After the login procedure in Ultamatix, select the “Shift Management and Rostering” option and then select the Calendar Management option.
  
  
• Go to the Employee Calendar part. You have to mention the Project name for which you want night shift allowance then, click on the “Browse” option and fill in the Employee Details there as required.
  
  
• Now, you have to select the period of your night shift allowance. After this, you have to select the date of raising the night shift allowance. “Right-click” on the particular date.
  
  
• Select the “Shift List” menu on the window and then the “Night Shift’ row. Click on “Apply Shifts” and then click on “Yes” to confirm.

Ultimatix is a platform used by Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) for managing employee-related tasks such as payroll, benefits, and timekeeping. If you are an employee working on the night shift and would like to request a raise in your night shift allowance through Ultimatix, you can follow the steps below:

• Log in to Ultimatix using your TCS employee credentials.
• Once you are logged in, click on the "Employee Self-Service" tab.
• Under the Employee Self-Service tab, click on the "Compensation" option.
• Next, click on the "Request Compensation Change" option.
• Fill out the form with the necessary information, such as your current night shift allowance and the amount you are requesting.
• Provide a reason for your request in the "Additional Comments" section.
• Submit the form.

After submitting the form, it will be reviewed by your supervisor or manager. If approved, the change in your night shift allowance will be reflected in your next paycheck. If your request is not approved, you may need to speak with your supervisor or HR representative to understand why it was denied and what steps you can take to address any concerns.
