Depression! The word itself looks scary..I actually can't fit the whole process in this answer but I'll try to give you some suggestions that helps you

If you feel depressed,

here are 5 things you can do to feel better.

(1) Exercise. Do exercise for 15-30 minute daily- walk every day — or dance, jog, or what you like most do that activity

Nurture yourself with good nutrition.

Identify troubles, and dwell on them and try to resolve

Express yourself. make busy yourself

You can Recover from Mental Depression from various ways such as either it is changed in behavior or you can go to the psychiatrist for medical treatment.
