Take 'TIME OUT” for yourself regularly, even as little as 15 minutes per day, may be very helpful.

You can Recover from Mental Depression from various ways such as either it is changed in behavior or you can go to the psychiatrist for medical treatment.

 

  1. Be considerate
  2. Never say 'you're too much'
  3. Encourage and support
  4. Be patient with the treatment process:
  5. Cognitive behavior therapy (CBT)
  6. Interpersonal therapy (IPT)
  7. Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT)

Depression! The word itself looks scary. I actually can't fit the whole process in this answer but I'll try to give you some suggestions that help you, If you feel depressed, here are 5 things you can do to feel better.

 

(1) Exercise. Do exercise for 15-30 minute daily- walk every day — or dance, jog, or what you like most do that activity

(2) Nurture yourself with good nutrition.

(3) Identify troubles, and dwell on them and try to resolve

(4) Express yourself. make busy yourself with these tips i suggest you take advice from psychologist.
