Walking has a lots of health benefits. Is usually doesn't matter in which time you go for a walk. Everyone has different perceptions for someone morning walk is good and for someone evening walk is good.
But according to me morning walk is better because you feel energetic throughout the day. And if you are early riser then morning walk fits best in your routine. Walking in the morning provides you with lots of benefit like you get vitamin D from the sun, pure oxygen etc.
Walking in the morning boost your mental and emotional health, improve your memory, reduces stress, boost imune function .
Evening walk can good only when you have a lots of time because if you are a working man or woman then walking in the evening may not be possible because you feel tired.
